How to register an order

Order registration, processing and sending:

Working day means Saturday to Thursday of each week, with the exception of public holidays in Iran, and all registered orders are processed during working days and the first day after the holidays.

Septa online store allows its customers to place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but from 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays, it is possible to respond, follow up and send orders.

All orders registered on the Septa online store site are processed by sending the order code and pre-invoice via email. This online store always takes utmost care in sending and delivering all registered orders. However, if the product runs out of stock in the online store, the customer will not be able to register that product.
